Shipping within the UK
We offer £3.00 delivery on all orders within the UK.
All of our items are sent by registered/signed for mail.
Shipping to Europe
We offer free delivery to Europe on orders over £100
For orders under £100 our standard/signed for shipping is £10.00
For orders to all other countries standard/signed for shipping is £15.00
Return & Exchange Policy

Our primary wish is for you to be happy with the pieces you have chosen, and we’ll always work to find a solution for our customers.
If for any reason you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return or exchange within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Please note that returns or exchanges requested outside of the designated window will be accepted only at our discretion.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and we will be happy to assist you with the process.
Please be assured that we will always work to provide a replacement, if requested, or issue a shop credit or refund where applicable.
Kindly note that due to the fact that our pieces are made in very small batches, size and color combinations are limited and may not be guaranteed.
Please carefully pack all items and ensure they are well protected. Please be advised that if items are damaged in transit, their return may be refused.
All garments must be returned unworn and unwashed with tags attached and in the pristine condition in which they were received. We recommend trying on all pieces immediately upon delivery of your order to ensure you’re able to get in touch with us if you wish to return or exchange within the 14 day window. Knitwear takes on scents very easily and if smelling of perfume or deodorant they will be considered as worn.
All return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your confirmed delivery, and we strongly urge the use of traceable shipping methods.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item to the payment method used during checkout.
International returns & exchanges:
We are happy to accept international returns, though we are only able to offer shop credit or a full refund where applicable. Due to shipment costs and processing times, we are unable to offer exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any international taxes/duties except in the case that the original item received was damaged.
Due to the nature of these pieces, sale garments are not eligible for return.
